Support
Daybook is in Beta. Mark reads every message himself.
Get in touch
Email support@mymedicaldaybook.co.uk. Say what you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead; a screenshot helps. Never put anyone's health details in an email unless you need to.
Put Daybook on your phone or computer
Daybook runs in your web browser and installs like an app, without the stores for now.
- iPhone or iPad: open Daybook in Safari, tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen.
- Mac: open Daybook in Safari, then choose File, Add to Dock.
- Android: open Daybook in Chrome, tap the three dots, then Add to Home screen or Install app.
Questions people ask
Is it free? Yes, while it is in Beta. When it reaches the App Store and Google Play there will be a free trial, and one subscription will cover a patient and everyone in their circle.
Who can see what I record? Only the people in your circle, each with the access you gave them. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
Can I use it for something other than cancer? Yes. Under Settings, tick the conditions that apply: cancer treatment, Crohn's and colitis, and more to come. The report works for any team you see between appointments.
Does it give medical advice? No. It keeps the record and does simple sums. Your care team makes the decisions. In an emergency call 999; for urgent advice call 111.
Medicine reminders are not arriving. On an iPhone, reminders only work once Daybook is on the Home Screen and reminders are switched on under Settings. Check the phone's own notification settings too.
Delete your account or your records
You can delete any entry, document or recording yourself in the app. To delete your sign-in or your whole circle, email support@mymedicaldaybook.co.uk from the address you signed up with and it will be done within 30 days, usually much sooner. A one-tap export and delete inside the app is on its way.
